Trevi Fountain and 3 Coins Myth (Rome)

Fontana di Trevi (Trevi Fountain) is the most famous fountain in Italy, Europe and even in the world. The beauty of the Trevi Fountain is an attraction for thousands of tourists who come every day to this location. Trevi fountain in Rome is become more famous for being the shooting location for several films, for example: La dolce Vita (1960), Roman Holiday (1953) and the most legendary one: Three Coins in the Fountain (1954).
Fontana di Trevi has a rectangular shape with one side attached to the wall and decorated with magnificent god statues. There is a statue of Neptune and Triton, the sea god and dozens of sea horses that surrounds them.
Visiting Trevi Fountain is not complete without tossing coin inside the pool. There is a three coins myth in the Trevi fountain. First, Throw a coin if you want to return to Rome. The rule is you have to toss the coin using right hand that passing through left shoulder. While tossing second coins for romance and love, third coin will keep your relationship to the wedding.
