Summer Palace – Greatest Imperial Palace In China

At first Summer Palace used as an entertainment area as well as luxurious royal garden created for the members of the royal family. But in the late of Qing Dynasty, the park was changed into a settlement of the royal family. according to history of empire, the imperial family chose this place as a permanent habitation that constantly bring the luxury lifestyle and retreat and used as a place to party.

In the Summer Palace, there is a bridge named Seventeen tunnel Bridge because the number of tunnels under are 17.
Summer Palace has many great places and worth visiting, they are:
- Front hall area, a place with a magnificent construction. No wonder if in the east and west of this building made as garden for the Tower of Buddhist. Toward the summit, there are unique buildings such as the Hall of Colouds, Hall of Glory, Beaoyoun Pavilion, etc.
- Front lake area, is the angle that covers part of Lake Kunming and Lake Houxi connected with many galleries that surrounded Pavilion,
bridges and docks.
- Rear Hall is a hill that the construction can’t be climbed after the war, only a few ruins remains. In the past, behind the hill there is a religious building group of temple Houda, whose architecture resembles Han and Tibetan.
