MENDENHALL – INCREDIBLE JOURNEY TO CAVE OF ICE
Ices sticking to the walls of the cave is a normal in cold and snowy climates. However, something more magical happened in cave of Mendenhall. Yes, Under the wide size of Mendenhall Glacier there laid and spectacular ice cave that very unique. The cave wall made from ice of naturally frozen water!. Lights that pass through the ice produces bluish color. Like we are on other planet if go enter the ice cave of Mendenhall (read also: Mount Roraima – The Lost World Above the Clouds). It is an amazing phenomenon that occurs in Alaska, USA. the walls in the cave is crystal blue!
Anyone who wanted to see the Mendenhall ice cave have to climb down the hill first, because the ice cave located under the glacier of Mendenhall. This area included into Mendenhall conservation Glacier Recreation Area and Tongass National Park. The scenery is very beautiful inside the cave, as if being in another world. Inside the cave we can see various forms of the water cycle. You can see the beauty of the water rushing over the ceiling that looks like blue glass tunnel.
