Phuket is an island in Thailand with the majority of the population is Buddhist. Geographically, the region is mostly filled by mountains. Phuket has a very clear sea water and the beaches are very popular for tourists from all over the world.

Actually there are so many wonderful things offered by phuket. but, there are 4 tourism spots that you should not miss while you are here. Those places are Phuket City, Phang Nga Bay, Phuket Fantasea, and the last is Phi Phi Island. Here it is the description of this place one by one:

1. Phuket City

Phuket City is the city of cultural attractions. it is clearly visible when you see the ornaments and shape of its buildings showing the uniqueness of Buddhist culture in Southeast Asia. In Phuket city quite often held rituals conducted by citizen, especially in Chalong Temple.
Chalong Temple is the most sacred building for Thailand people and it is a place that have so many visitors from all over the world everytime. If you visit Chalong Temple, be sure you use closed and polite clothes, do not use a tank top or pants showing shape of the body.
Beside to Chalong Temple, Phuket City also has a very unique tourist area called Old Phuket Town. Old Phuket Town is an old city that has built since the days of the Portuguese colonized Thailand. This area has historical buildings kept in its original form and become a famous tourist destination.
For those of you who like nature, in the region of Phuket City there is a hilly area that is very green and beautiful, called Rang Hill. at Rang Hill tourists can see the landscape of Phuket from the height. The best time to visit Rang Hill is during sunset.

2. Phang Nga Bay (James Bond Island)

For those of you who already watched James Bond film you will not feel strange with a beautiful tourist spot called Phang Nga Bay. Phang Nga Bay is a beach where you can enjoy nature by canoeing through the waterfront. The most unique thing in this place is the small coral islands. one of the most unique coral island is a coral island shaped like a baseball bat. This coral island stand vertically where the bottom is smaller than the top, so it looks like a baseball bat. recently, people often refer Phang Nga Bay as James Bond Island.

3. Phuket Fantasea

If you want to see the elegance of the cultural arts of Thailand, the Phuket Fantasea is the best place for you. There always held cultural performances almost all day. richness of Thai culture and their art will make you amazed throughout the day.
Phuket Fantasea is only about 35km from Phuket Town Center and can be reached using Taxi.

4. Phi Phi Island

Phi Phi island is so famous for its beautiful beach, even a famous Hollywood movie called “The Beach” also use this place for their scene. Phi Phi Island beach have white soft and clean sands, this is the most beautiful beach in Thailand. not only on the beach surface, you also can even enjoy the beauty of the underwater at Phi Phi Island, snorkelling and diving is a good tourist attraction here.
